My daughter deleted the notes from her device and from the deleted.

I also deleted my other device without knowing and emptied the deleted

I want it back

Once you remove from the bin they're gone forever.

It sounds as if you may be sharing an Apple ID with your daughter. That is, as you've just discovered, a recipe for disaster. Get her her own Apple ID.
