Finder can't backup iPhone

When I connect my iPhone to my MacBook finder sees it but it won't show me the data or I can't back up.

How can I solve this? I resented phone settings and paired it but still unable.

iPhone X, iOS 13

"I resetted both NVRAM and SMC Mac is %100 charged still no change also restated settings of my iPhone"

Thank you for the Update:

  • Any Security Software Installed?: If so, rid of it, as its firewall is what would be getting in the way here. Items are being disallowed access to the Mac.

  • Boot into Safe Mode (Hold Down "shift" Upon Boot): Things would only boot as necessary as by default, with as system caches set aside. Nothing would be running in a preferred manor.

  • Create a New Administrator: Log in to it, and try this once more. Preferences would be made a new. If it works, then it is something configured in your current user.

Let the Mac Charge:

I'm not sure if this would play any part, but your Mac's battery is at 18 percent. So, shut shown the computer. That way It can charge in standalone. One the charger switches to green, boot it up.

Reset SMC and NVRAM:

Once charged, reset both the SMC and the NVRAM. Sometimes changes are made that require in the system caches to be reset. This just might do the trick. So, performthis by using your keyboard:

Thank you for the Followup:

Reinstall the macOS:

When you reinstall the macOS, nothing would be rid of; it's just that manipulated settings and corrupted system files would be fixed and replaced. Prior to doing so, create a Time Machine backup of you Mac. That way, you will have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong during the reinstallation.

Use a USB Bootable Installer:

Being that connections are not working and synchronization is of no success, use a USB Bootable Installer. Create it using Terminal on this Mac. Enter the command provided in the following link that pertains to the macOS that is currently installed on this Mac. Use a USB Flash Drive of 16GB for this.
