When I send an attachment on ipad/iphone (ios13.3) my signature disappears

Basically, if I sent an attachment with my ios device from my work address it will only display my signature as an attachment (.html) and not as actual text in the email when viewed through Outlook. I have tried to make my signature on my ios devices just my name with no email or web links and have the same result. The signature shows correctly when received on other ios devices but will display as a separate .html attachment when viewed through Outlook. If I send an email from my gmail account from my ios device the signature shows up correctly in Outlook.

I have spent countless hours trying to fix this with no luck. Any ideas?

Hello, thank you for taking the time to respond. I am using the native app for sending emails from my iPad/iPhone. I only use Outlook on my PC. I have tried sending the same emails to my colleges in my office and viewed it on their PC’s through Outlook and get the same result. I can only assume when I sign or mark up documents, my clients do not receive my signature either.
