Ping ID not able to pair, indicate is jail broken

I have a Iphone 7 plus using software version 13.3. When I try to pair my device with Ping ID, an error message appear and indicate my device is jail broken. My iphone is not jail broken. I have spoken to my IT help desk and they indicate is a phone issue. Any help to resolve this is appreciated.

I would check with them, their software may not be updated to deal with 13.3

What is Ping ID? Have you talked to them?

Yes. Ping ID is a security provided to do an authentication before you can access your company intranet and website. Is call Ping Identity on the web.
