I’m having issues with my iMessages

I recently updated my phone to 13.3. Now, I’m having issues with my imessages. They shut on and off by itself when I’m on FaceTime. Even if WiFi overrides LTE, it still wont send my iMessages. I have rebooted my phone & reset my network settings, but I’m still having issues with it.

Is the message app activated to send iMessages? See if the information in this link If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support helps you cover some steps that you may not have tried yet. Thanks.
