don't receive the refund

I applied for a Germany visa last month, but they charged the wrong fees. They refunded to me by Apple Pay touch. However, until now, I don't receive this refund. I asked my bank, and they don't record this refund transaction. These pictures are the verify of this transaction.

Refund processed? I bought a product using Apple Pay. I’ve since returned the product and have an email from the company saying that the refund has been processed and will be in my account.
