Can't download Garage Band and iMovie

Hello! I'm having trouble downloading the Garage Band and iMovie. They automatically unloaded and now do not load at all. What should I do?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

If you are using IOS 12 as your profile shows, the most current versions of iMove and Garageband require IOS 13.
