problem with the house screen

Hello. updated ios 13.3 and now when you click on the "home" button in the upper right corner of the screen, where the battery level is shown, a white bar appears. how can this be fixed?

It may be part of the wallpaper. Try changing the wallpaper image and see if it is still there.
