Cannot reset security questions - we don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions

Forgot security questions - per apple support i need to know security questions in order to reset them.

tried to do it online and keep getting: "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions"

I already spoke to apple support. They told me: "i need to know security questions in order to reset them" (see original question)

I tried all the links you provided (except twitter) and they place me on indefinite "apple loop of no support" that keeps bringing me back to "Get help from Apple users" link.

There is no option to reach apple support in any other way when you have a problem with ID but to call them. Once you call them - they cannot help you with security questions.

I was hoping someone on this forum might have some useful info or direct link to someone who does.
