Where can I contact apple support in Norway through email?

Where can I contact apple support in Norway through email? None of the categories when I called matched my problem so that dosen't help at all. I have been charged and I want a refund, but I don't have any order confimation or anything to track, which is the reason calling them didn't help. I want to send them an email with my problem so it can be solved, but I can't find thier mail, and I have been searcing for almost an hour now. Please help
