We are looking at blocking Icloud in our environment. Can you tell me what other services this will impact if we do this?

What service do you use?
Do you sync or backup to icloud?
Do you have to have access to www.icloud.com in order to login into icloud? The reason I ask is that we want to block icloud.com so that users cant store work documents up there.
