Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

The usual recommendation is to not answer any numbers that you do not recognize and let them go to voice mail.
I have talked to Apple Rep. She has checked my account and all is OK.. Wants me to send pictures of the phone numbers from my phone.. Funny thing is, it is their support number on all 4 calls..

I had a phone call from an 800 number saying they were apple. They said my phone was compromised in several foreign countries. Not knowing if this is for real I just said I would call Apple but can’t find any number to do that
