Wrong Apple ID on watch

I keep getting a message on my watch that says “enter password for your Apple ID”. I have no used that Apple ID in years and have no clue what the password is. The only two options the watch gives me are “password” and “cancel”. If I hit cancel it comes right back up

Do you have purchases on the watch that were made using that ID? If so, you can delete them and download them using your current ID.
