Optimized Battery Charging
I got my iPhone 11 Pro shortly before Thanksgiving and it has never charged past 80% (as of January 9th) even if I turn off the "optimized battery charging" option in the settings. I have a routine sleep schedule and have tried hard resets a few times over the course of the past 6-7 weeks. I have also tried charging it in different locations to see if was due to the battery getting too warm & nothing has helped. Everything else on the phone works perfectly.
Any other suggestions?
