Channel4 ad blocker

I'm on a MacbookPro, 10.14.4.

Used to be able to watch Channel 4 catchup and the programmes I watched are still in my history on my C4 home but I am getting an Adblocker alert which means I can't watch anything. Can't find any adblocker. C4 FAQ no help. I use Firefox which is up to date.

Can anyone help, please? Thanks.
