My iPhone 6 is on iOS 12.4.4 how to I update to the latest iOS even tho I’m not prompted to update?

Your iPhone 6 is not capable of upgrading to iOS 13.

so I can’t update at all? I have another iPhone 6 that is updated to the latest iOS

The iPhone 6 can not be upgraded beyond iOS 12.4.4. If you have another iPhone that has upgraded to iOS 13, it is not an iPhone 6.

That would make sense, as the 6S, and 6S Plus are compatible with iOS 13
