If my file limit is 25Mg, how do I go about minimizing the file sizes to send if the files exceed the limit? Do I have to send the files individually?

Use a service such as Hightail to send the file. It's free to use up to a certain amount of data. Compress the data to a .zip file and upload it to the Hightail account you create. From there, you send out a message to the recipient. Hightail sends out an email to that person with a link to the file for download.
