I'm not clear on whether the AirPod is defective or lost. Quickest thing to do though, is make an appointment at an Apple store and bring in the AirPod(s) that you have.

We can't provide any more assistance for you, since we are all users......just like you.

I’ve already tried that and it’s not giving me what I need to send it in and get a new one, I have year warranty on them but I can my find the thing to where I can file a claim and send them in to get new ones
