Also confirm who provides the service, and where and when you can get the service.

Also whether there are any geographic limits to where you can get the service.

Also consider whether there’s a local Apple Store.

Some of the local cellular provider stores around here are resellers, and not the cellular vendor, too.

Note that if you went with Verizon insurance, and AppleCare+ with loss and theft, your insurer is exactly the same company - Asurion. Basically all carriers in the USA use Asurion as their mobile device insurance company, since Asurion is the only company offering that sort of coverage, so has that market covered.
