"Manual" Graphics Switching Script - 16" MacBook Pro Help

Hi there!

I recently acquired a 2019 16" MacBook Pro (16,1) configured with an AMD Radeon RX 5500M. I would like to be able to write an application or script that would automatically switch off and on "Automatic graphics switching", how would I go about that? I have searched online but the few solutions I have found are very old, and as such do not work.

Note: If there is a way to make it so "Automatic graphics switching" toggles once I've plugged into power, that would be nice as well!

Thanks in advance!
