i have iphone 10 and I changed password and i forgot.

i do not know what to do

You changed the Apple ID password or the phone passcode?


Apple ID password


Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.


Apple ID - Manage


Apple ID – Forgot Password


Passcode


Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
