Sister can unlock my phone with Face ID

My twin sister can unlock my iphone 11pro max with her face. I have called Apple and they instructed me to add and alternative appearance which i have done, but she can still unlock it. We are non-identical.

I can't unlock her iphone xs - maybe its just a fault with my phone?
