I need to update my cellular data?
on my iphone it says I need to update my cellular data and until then i cannot make calls or receive calls with cellular present.

Carrier Update (Required): Released by your Cellular Service provider (Carrier Update), affects your Outgoing / Incoming calls, SMS, Data etc..
How to Update Carrier Settings
