Non-Return Fee

So I lost my right airpod, and I just bought one through Apple. I have Applecare+ so I don't think I need to pay the non-return fee. I got an email saying "Coverage-Based on the information you've provided, we believe your request will be covered by our warranty or an Apple repair program.Non-Return Fee-If Apple requires that you return a part to us, you’ll see a “Non-Return Fee” section in the table below with all the details. We've placed a temporary authorization on your payment card to cover the fee.*." I don't have the right pod, so will I be charged for it or not?
