keyboard shortcut to toggle between safari windows is not working

I have read that hitting command+backquote (above tab) (⌘`) on my Mac allows you to toggle through Safari windows. It does not work for me. I have gone into system preferences to activate it but still no dice. Any advice?

Safari instantly closes tabs opened with cmd+shift+t in tabs group Hi, suddenly Safari started to immediately close tabs I reopened using cmd+shift+t in my tabs groups on my MacBook Air. It still works fine in the main tab group on Safari (the one that cannot be deleted and is always there). I created two tabs groups that are synced between my laptop and iPhone. When I use cmd+shift+t in any of these groups, the recently closed tabs reopens for a second and then disappears instantly without any option to reopen it. Using Cmd+shift+t again reopens the tab closed before, but this new one disappears immediately as well... Any suggestions how to solve this issue?

Hi,

In Safari 13.03 in 10.13.6 CMD+` keys toggles windows CMD+Backspace does not, what version OSX & Safari are you on?
