How do I unlock my phone so I can go to another carrier I bought it thought it was unlocked it wasn’t

I need to unlock my new iPhone 10s from AT&T to use a Verizon sim chip

Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. Contact AT&T and see if you qualify for them to unlock it.
