MY IPAD JUST STOPPED WORKING SAYS CONNECT TO ITUNES BUT WHEN I TRY CONNECT TO ITUNES IT JUST KEEP TELLING ME CANT UP LOAD MY IPAD BEACUSE THE I PAD NEEDS UPDATING BUT CANT GET ON TO THE IPAD TO UP DATE IT BECAUSE IT DOESNT LET U JUST SAY IPAD CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED

First, turn off your cap lock. Posting in all caps is difficult to read and is considered shouting on a forum. Second, try to use proper sentence structure with periods. Posting one long sentence is difficult to read too. Last, see if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
