Dropped my iPhone SE and it will not turn on with a hard reset Since i purchased this device in 07/2020, it has randomly shut off for no reason once and for almost two days i was able to reach a corporate store where their charger was able to simply turn it back on. My 2018 evoque dropped my IPhone 13 max What is going on!!! Very frustrated with apple this is not the first time I have experienced this issue!! What is apple planning on doing and how soon. Like others in this platform I am ready to switch phones to android

Likely something broke internally when the phone fell. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.

It has been damaged by dropping it.
