Apple Tv 3rd Gen Remote is not working

So my remote is not working, only button that is alive is the Play/Pause button, the reaction after clicking it is 3 consecutive blinks from the apple TV.

What I've tried and didn't succeed to make it work:

• Un-pair it then pair it again ( Menu button and the Left button for 5-6-10 sec and nothing happens)
• restart the apple tv (Hold down the Menu button and the Down button and nothing happens)

Please help.
