macos catalina install button doesnt respond when I press it

When I try to press the install button it does not respond, what can I do?

I have more than 35G free for the installation, so thats not the problem.

*also added the details of my computer

You have to select the HD first, then Install

Verify you meet all the tech specs, including free storage space:
