How to unlock iPad from Apple ID account

My son lock his iPad and is disabled, he doesn’t remember the code to unlock it how can i unlock it from other device? We share the same apple id

iPad mini, iOS 12

The solution for your problem is listed in this Article = https://support.apple.com/en-mz/HT204306. You will need to restore the device from a computer or erase it from www.icloud.com/find. There is no other way to save the information on the device so restoring is the only way.

Sorry, you can’t unlock a device from the associated AppleID/iCloud account. If the iPad is disabled due to too many failed log-in attempts, the device must be restored using iTunes from a PC/Mac. All data will be erased and the device reset.


If you took the precaution of enabling the iCloud backup feature, you’ll be able to restore any data to the device during the restore process.
