Hello, I just bought a new Iphone 11 pro today and I have some problems with the vibration. When someone calls me or when I receive a message, the phone doesn't make any vibration. I tried to modify the settings but even when I try to create a new vibration and I want to play it, the IPhone is doing nothing. Anyone can help me please?

Thank you for the answer. I solved the problem by doing a reset of all te settings. I fount this solution on internet and it worked.

I understand your iPhone is not vibrating the you receive phone calls or messages. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
First, check to make sure you have both vibrate on ring and vibrate on silent enabled in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Then, select Ringtone and check to make sure you have something set for vibration there. You would also check for this in Text Tone.
