I want my verification codes to be sent to my email not my phone number, how can I do that?

How can I change my verification codes to be sent to my email instead of my number.

The default method of sending 2 factor authentication codes is to use encrypted iCloud push notifications to all of your trusted devices. There is no way for you to change that default behavior.
