apple lossless conversion fails

Hi, first of the facts:

OS: Win 10

iTunes: up to date

I want to convert my files to apple lossless (wav, aiff are the source files) and I get a -39 error.

Is there any know error or fixes for this?

Converting Itune File I've tried converting the music files from itunes to wav, mp3 etc but after selecting convert, it keeps saying "Error occurred while converting the file" What else can I do?

Cannot import Audio cd into iTunes A friend has sent me some music on audio CDs he's burned himself. They work fine on our technics CD player but when I try to import them to Music on my iMac, I get the following error message "Error occurred while converting the track 01. An unknown error occurred (-54)" Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how I can resolve it?
