Family share plan

I have two accounts on my family plan that did not work right when I set up my kids iPads. So I now have 6 accounts. I do not need two of them they were mistakes. I would like to remove the accounts that are not in use so that I may add my other daughters iPad.

I have four kids and myself so I should only have five accounts however when I created two of the kids account something went wrong so I gave them different accounts so now I have six on there without adding my fourth child I can’t add anyone else so I just need to remove the accounts that are dead but the accounts that are dead were created for a children under 13. How can I remove unused accounts? So that I can add the fourth child.
