In your iPhone if photos box is turned as on and photos are synced with iCloud see the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

The photos can be viewed at www.icloud.com by signing in with Apple ID and password used in an iPhone in www.icloud.com see these articles https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm8b32f3ae27/icloud
