The pop up bar on my iPad does not want to go away. The answers in the previous questions regarding this matter does work when you put the key board shortcuts as off. Can some please help as this bar is getting in the way of my typing and really irritating?

Sure, it’s the pop up bar the allow short cuts to undo, redo and copy and paste that pops up while you typing on the iPad. If you stop the keyboard shortcuts it only stop the arrow to allow it to be lowered but it still stays in the way of your typing box!
