iPhone 11 Pro - disable audio zoom??

Does anyone know how to disable this feature?? It’s great when you're pulling a zoom, which allows the audio change to occur gradually, but being able to crash-zoom by hot-switching between ultra/wide and telephoto (which I absolutely love) causes the audio zoom to perform horribly when all you want is for the sound it to remain normal/unzoomed. Any ideas?

There really should be a on-screen switch for this when in video recording mode (like the HD/4K/FPS selector)

I would also like to be able to disable Audio Zoom. It has ruined some otherwise great live concert videos I shot. When zooming the audio changes and I don't want that. This should be a feature that can be turned on and off at will.
