Apple TV app channels

I am only getting two channels in Apple TV app. I am from India. In the official Apple site many channels are being offered. Can you please help on that? But available channels are showing only two. Please help...

NFL Red Zone I currently am an Altice one subscriber and recently traded in one of my boxes for apple tv+. When i tried to tune to channel 220 for the NFL Red Zone on Sundays it does not come up the channels go from 219 to 221. Since i pay extra for the NFL Red zone is this why I cannot get it on Apple tv

Apple TV channels will vary depending on location. If a provider offers their own app for the Apple TV then you download it from the app store on your device.
