Purchased App and didn't Refund apps

Hi

Some apps Charged My account and I Discuss with you guys and you said to me it will refund up to 1 month So now after severel month mu money didn't back and also I wanted You to let go only Purchased one app "Total Files pro" , So I have two Problem

1- Refund My money

2- Let Me update the "Total Files Pro" app that I Purchased it !!
