Our old iPad 2 (model A1395) is not installing update 9.3.5 which it should. I know that is the last update it will get and we just use this iPad for some kids so we aren’t worried about having the latest model or newer. Just trying to figure out why will it not install the update. Thanks for any help someone can provide.

Currant version is 8.4 I believe
We do not have access to a Mac but do to a Windows.
