No service

My iPhone doesn’t get access to network...it displays ‘no service’...it started when I didn’t update my iPhone...I got a message that says I need to update my iPhone to access network whenever I switch on the phone...Now that I have updated my iPhone through itunes, my network still doesn’t want to come...Please how do I solve this?
