Itunes Store

Using iOS 13.3 I have several devices, iPhone 11 max, iPhone 8+, iPad Pros (2 Qty) and a Mac mini. I believe since iOS 13 I get the “This item is no longer available ... OK” message when purchasing items with iTunes. The current downloads were to my iPhone 11 max and the songs or videos do download. What is the cause of this error message?

Hello h_mac_mini,

I understand when purchasing apps you're getting the message that the item is no longer available but they do actually download to your device. I am happy to help you with this.

Have you restarted your devices since this starting happening?

Restart your iPhone

You can also try signing out of the iTunes and App Store.

Settings > iTunes & App Store

Tap on your name

Sign out

Restart your device

Log back into iTunes & App Store.

Let me know if that worked for you.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care!

Restart your iPhone (Nope this did not work)

You can also try signing out of the iTunes and App Store. (This seems to work)
