My brand new iPad doesn’t stay connected to the internet and when it does, it’s super slow. My other devices work just fine. Suggestions?

I'd suggest you go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (make sure you know your Wifi passwords before doing this), then reconnect.
