Why can’t I get “Hey Siri” to record my voice? She works fine manually

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! That’s a great question you have about using Siri to record your voice. At this time, Siri is not able to directly record your voice, however, you can ask Siri to record your voice and it will take you to the app to Use the Voice Memos app and be able to record your voice there.
