I don't recognize the application. It seems to appear randomly.

Neither !!! It could be related to the site you are visiting don't go back to that site or sites....and just close the browser when you get a popup or turn off your Mac if it persists.


You may also have Malware on your Mac so download the free version here...https://www.malwarebytes.com Run that program!

That is Malware/Adware, if Malwarebytes doesn't take care of it...
