Has anyone found other unknown devices were signed on to your account and DID NOT show on the iphone Settings>Apple ID user's info page at the bottom , but DID show/were identified on the support.appleid.apple.com user account page??

Others have posted the same thing. Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
