Why does the itunes store on ios 13.3 display different options of tv shows than tv app for mac?

iOs itunes store in 13.3 displays more results, sometimes may more. Eg Batman the animated series, it displays an option to purchase "the complete series" while the Mac TV app only displays 3 seasons for purchase. Moreover, if you type the entire title out on the Mac TV app, it doesn't exist. This is puzzling, any ideas why this is happening?
