Whenever I try to purchase additional 'money' from a gaming platform in exchange for money coming from a gift card. A note always pops up saying that my purchase could not be completed. The first few times, it had told me that I needed to enable iTunes wifi sync, yet after having been recently synced, it has now suggested to ask for assistance, and to contact iTunes support.
