If I were to make a new Apple ID and my credit card was on my other one am I able to transfer it to my new Apple ID

Can you explain how to do so if possible. I wasn’t able to update my apps or anything on my old one so a new Id felt necessary. Still have the login info for my old one to log back into it. This is my credit card so I’d say it’s very important

Yes. So long as the accounts are in the same country and the billing addresses are the same. If it doesn't go through, contact your financial institution (bank?).

It is normally best to have just one ID for the reasons posted above. What happened when you tried to update your apps? Error message(s)? Account disabled? More information would help.

For Note:

Apple Accounts Cannot be Combined:

But just know that, as of this date, Apple Accounts cannot be combined, and purchases are not transferable between Apple Accounts. So, if you have purchased iTunes items on your old Apple Account, they will not be accessible on your new Apple Account you have just created. That's just the way it is :(
